At Tenuta La Sabbiosa, the vines have always thrived on their own roots, benefiting from a unique environment untouched by the phylloxera epidemic that devastated vineyards across Europe. This rare resilience has preserved centuries-old traditions and flavors in our wines.

Despite facing challenges in the late 1980s due to declining yields conflicting with market demands, a group of dedicated individuals refused to let go of the time-honored practices. Through their unwavering passion and commitment, small ancient vineyards were safeguarded, giving rise to the exquisite “Tenuta La Sabbiosa” wines.
