Established back in 1972 in BOSA, Cantina Madeddu’s journey began when Franco Madeddu purchased land in the scenic Pianu ‘e Murtas region to cultivate vineyards. Today, our vineyard covers a sprawling six hectares, set in a location of environmental and aesthetic significance.

In 2016, we proudly unveiled our cutting-edge winery dedicated to producing top-notch red and white wines, both still and sparkling. Our state-of-the-art facility boasts advanced winemaking techniques aimed at showcasing the best qualities of the Sardinian grape varieties we nurture: Cannonau, Vermentino, Malvasia.

Our range of acclaimed wines includes popular selections like Attitidu, Giolzi, Managu, Malvasia di Bosa DOC (still), and Malvasia di Bosa (Sparkling Demisec), all crafted from indigenous Sardinian grapes.

We take immense pride in presenting our highly-regarded Malvasia di Bosa DOC wines—Sardinia’s winemaking gem. Available as both still wine and sparkling Demisec, these exclusive wines are produced solely from Malvasia grapes grown in Bosa’s unique terroir. They are distinguished by their freshness and elegance that seamlessly blend innovation with tradition.
