Experience the excellence of Paolo Depperu e Figli vineyard situated in Luras, Olbia-Tempio province, nestled within the captivating Gallura region. Spanning about 15 hectares, the vineyards consist of 12 hectares dedicated to Vermentino and 3 hectares to Nebiolo grapes, all positioned at an altitude of around 400 meters above sea level. The vines are meticulously trellised using Guyot pruning and spur cordon techniques.

The soil composition is a blend of medium-textured granitic breakdown with sandy undertones. Thanks to the vineyards’ ideal pedoclimatic location and limited yield per hectare (not surpassing seventy quintals on average), the grapes produced are of exceptional quality. To ensure the finest raw materials, excess shoots are pruned before flowering, and cluster thinning is conducted prior to veraison.

Embrace the signature wine of the estate, RUINAS, an exquisite white I.G.T. Colli del Limbara crafted exclusively from 100% Vermentino grapes. This remarkable wine showcases a straw-yellow hue with subtle greenish tints, a delightful sweetness, alcohol content reaching 14.50%, elegantly bottled in a classic heavy Bordeaux white bottle.

Moreover, indulge in KABARADIS produced by the winery – a red I.G.T. Nebiolo hailing from the Colli del Limbara region. This exceptional wine presents a rich ruby red color complemented by garnet reflections and an alcohol content of 14.00%.
