Discover Our Story

Founded in 1998, our company has deep roots in the art of crafting spirits and liqueurs, stemming from a rich family tradition. Dr. Carmine Poscia, an experienced Enologist, leads the technical aspects of our operations with a wealth of knowledge in distillation and wine processing. Meanwhile, Engineer Ugo Poscia oversees the business’s administrative and commercial facets.

Our Modern Facility

Since 2003, we have been situated in a state-of-the-art facility located in Sinnai’s industrial area within Cagliari province. Nestled near the “Parco Naturale dei Sette Fratelli,” our expansive site houses two interlinked production lines: a cutting-edge distillery and a premium liquor factory.

Vertical Integration for Quality

Spanning approximately 800 square meters, our facility enables seamless operations between our distillery and liquor factory. With a shared bottling room for final product packaging, we strive for vertical integration throughout our production process – from raw materials to finished bottled goods.

Premium Spirits & Liqueurs

  • The distillery excels in crafting grape marc and wine spirits using innovative “bain-marie” technology that enhances aromas from diverse raw materials. Our range includes acclaimed spirits like Amber Cannonau Grappa, Malvasia Grappa, Vermentino Grappa, Moscato Grappa, Monica Grappa, and more.
  • At the liquor factory, modern maceration systems produce natural infusions for crafting on-site liqueurs. Currently offering Myrtle Liqueur and Myrtle Berry Bitter Liqueur, we continually innovate in our internal laboratory to experiment with new products while monitoring quality throughout production.
