Our Story: San Giuliano Olive Mill proudly stands as one of Italy’s most historic olive oil producers, dedicated to preserving both Italian and Sardinian oil-making customs. In 1975, Domenico Manca wholeheartedly embraced his family’s legacy of producing premium extra virgin olive oil. By the late ’80s, San Giuliano diversified its range to include olives in brine, olive spreads, artichokes, stuffed tomatoes, cardoons, and eggplants—while cementing its reputation for excellence across Italy.
