Tenute Olbios is a new winery with a clear development plan, dedicated to pursuing quality in a unique and possibly exclusive way: the young owners not only produce for the market, although that is where the wine is obviously destined, but mainly produce for the pleasure of creating wines that they themselves would enjoy drinking. It’s a lifestyle choice as well as a professional one. Tenute Olbios, following the highest quality standards, takes care of everything from tending the plants to harvesting and bottling.

The methods used in the vineyards and in the cellar are typical of high quality, employing techniques and criteria that distinguish so-called “organic” companies today: minimal plant treatments – overseen directly by the owner Daniela, an experienced agronomist in vineyard management – strictly hand-harvested grapes, and immediate vinification at harvest time. The winery is located on the outskirts of Olbia, surrounded by 50 hectares of beautiful vineyards, just a few steps from Venafiorita airport, with a view of the majestic Tavolara island directly in front of the east side of the winery, while from the windows on the west side, you can see the Pedres castle a few hundred meters away.
