We exclusively work with grapes from our own vineyards, cultivated using traditional techniques and minimal treatments to ensure high-quality control over our raw materials.

Our methods align with those of organic wineries, including minimal plant treatments overseen by our expert oenologist and agronomist in the field, hand-harvesting of grapes, immediate vinification upon harvest, and aging and bottling directly at the winery.

Located in Villarios, our female-led company carries on a legacy of agricultural excellence passed down through generations. Our deep-rooted values include dedication to the land and vine care.

In 2015, I transformed this legacy into a thriving winery while upholding our family’s commitment to the earth and viticulture.

Our vineyards thrive on ancient geological origins, benefiting from sun-exposed and wind-kissed soils that slope towards the sea.
