Welcome to La Società Cooperativa Romangia! Established in 1996, our cooperative was founded to revive the noble traditions of the old Cantina Sociale di Sorso-Sennori, dating back to 1955. With a growing number of members each month, we now boast around sixty hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Sorso and Sennori.

Our production philosophy focuses on showcasing the best grape varieties that embody the enological essence of Romangia: Moscato, Cannonau, and Vermentino. Our Vermentino, grown in sun-drenched soils near the Gulf of Asinara, offers unique aromas distinct from Gallura whites or other Sardinian regions.

At La Società Cooperativa Romangia, we also embrace experimentation with non-native grape varietals. Our exploration has revealed that certain areas in Sorso are ideal for cultivating Monica. With passionate viticulturists, ambitious investments, and collaborations with top enologists, the revitalized Cantina di Sorso e Sennori is poised for success in both excellence in production and economic growth in Northern Sardinia.
