Our vineyard benefits from a mild and sweet climate, along with unique soil that enhances the production of exquisite wines such as Malvasia. We pride ourselves on respecting nature in vine cultivation and meticulously crafting our wines to ensure the highest quality and refinement.

Our winery is equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel materials and tools for grape vinification. We handpick our grapes, gently press and crush them, clean the must through static decantation, ferment at controlled temperatures (18–20°C) with selected yeasts, perform several rackings, conduct tartaric stabilization, and finally cold sterile bottling. Our meticulous process guarantees the exceptional quality of our wines.

Recognizing the evolving market demands, La Zarelli s.r.l. Vini has diversified its product offerings over time, expanding beyond Malvasia to include sparkling wine, red wine, grappa, and vermentino. Each wine is carefully produced and transformed on-site, reflecting our expertise and dedication to excellence.
