Produced from a blend of Bosana, Semidana, and Manna olives grown in our olive groves in Seneghe, renowned for the quality of its oil. The olives, harvested at the perfect ripeness, are cold-pressed using a continuous system to create a golden-green oil with an intense fruity aroma and a distinctive hint of artichoke. This oil boasts a perfect balance of fruity, bitter, and spicy notes on the palate.

Best enjoyed raw drizzled over soups and stews, paired with vegetables in a pinzimonio style, or generously spread on sliced bread to create delicious bruschetta for special occasions.
