S ‘Elegas is a white wine DOC – Nuragus di Cagliari, made from Nuragus grapes.
This wine has a straw yellow color with a fruity, fragrant, and harmonious aroma.
On the palate, it is full, soft, and rich with a characteristic bitter aftertaste typical of Nuragus.
WINEMAKING
Crushing and pressing in pneumatic presses with very gentle action, natural settling at around 10°C, fermentation in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16/18°C for about 18 days, storage in tanks with thermal regulation and inert gas protection.

Seafood and land appetizers, first courses of seafood cuisine, sea bass fillets in parchment paper, capon with potatoes and fresh tomatoes, soft cheese.
