Tagliamare Sparkling Brut: A sparkling wine made from an ancient traditional grape variety.

The wine has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine perlage. It offers elegant notes of white flowers, walnut peach, pear, and citrus on the nose, blending with delicate aromas of our aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, full-bodied, savory, elegant, and persistent with a clear reference to the olfactory notes.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with delicate fish-based dishes. It is excellent with oysters and seafood appetizers. Serve at a temperature of 7-8 °C in a wide tulip glass.
