Karka is a dry red wine with a Typical Geographic Indication – Colli del Limbara, made from Caricagiola grapes, an indigenous vine of Sardinia, and is exclusively found in Gallura.

It has a ruby red color with a pronounced fruity aroma featuring hints of blackberries, cherries, licorice, and spicy notes. On the palate, it is fresh, velvety, intense, and captivating. A versatile wine that pairs well with everything from appetizers with cold cuts to first courses and main courses of meat or grilled fish fillets. Serve at a temperature of 18-20 °C.
