Parolto is a red wine with a Typical Geographic Indication – Isola dei Nuraghi, made from Cannonau, Carignano, and Cabernet grapes.

The wine has a ruby red color with hints of garnet, an intense aroma, spicy notes, and hints of oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied, robust, harmonious, with just the right amount of tannins.

Serve in a glass with a wide opening and good height at a temperature of 16-18°C. It pairs well with roasted meats, game dishes, red meats, and mature DOP Sardinian sheep cheese.
