Mandrolisai Superiore is a red wine with a Controlled Designation of Origin – Mandrolisai, produced from Cannonau, Muristeddu (Bovale Sardo), and Monica grapes.

- On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, generous, with remarkable taste persistence.
Pair this wine with roasts, game meats, and mature Sardinian pecorino cheese. Serve in a glass with a wide opening and medium height, at a temperature of 18-20°C. Let it breathe in a decanter for 1 hour before serving.
