The Moscato Bianco grape cultivated in Piero Mancini’s vineyards in Gallura, yields an exceptional and unique wine with a distinct aroma and unmistakable fragrance.

 

Classification: Moscato di Sardegna Gallura DOC Sparkling Wine.

Grape Variety: Moscato Bianco.

Winemaking Process: White vinification, stored as sweet must until the sparkling process.

Organoleptic Characteristics: Straw yellow color. Intense aromatic flavor, sweet, and well-balanced.

Alcohol Content: 8% ABV.

Acidity: 6 g/l.

Sugar Content: 75 g/l.

Food Pairing: Ideal with desserts, particularly amaretti cookies and dry pastries.

Serving Temperature: 8 – 10 °C.
