Fradiles is a Controlled Designation of Origin wine.

  • The vineyards are located in the heart of Mandrolisai, on a hill at about 500 meters above sea level.
  • The vines are grown as bush vines and espaliers, with the “Muristellu” (Bovale Sardo) variety accounting for 40%, Cannonau 30%, and Monica 30%.
  • The average production per hectare is below 70 quintals.

It is a wine with a ruby red color, featuring a long bouquet with hints of wild berries and Mediterranean scrubland.

Best paired with dishes from traditional earthy cuisine, aged cheeses, and game meat. Serve at cellar temperature.
