Antiogu is a prestigious wine with a Controlled Designation of Origin. The vineyards, over 50 years old, are located in the heart of Mandrolisai at about 500 meters above sea level. The soil, resulting from granitic breakdown, is medium-textured tending towards sandy. It is meticulously worked throughout the year using traditional techniques. The vines are grown as low bush vines with short pruning.

After budburst, excess shoots are removed, and before veraison, cluster thinning is carried out. The average production is around 40-45 quintals per hectare.

The blend consists of “Muristellu” (Bovale Sardo) 50%, Cannonau 30%, Monica 20%. Antiogu is a Mandrolisai wine with a ruby red color and slight garnet reflections, aged in oak barrels. It is a wine of character, remarkable finesse, with hints of vanilla and spices that do not overshadow the wild berry notes. This wine pairs perfectly with dishes from rustic cuisine and aged cheeses. It is recommended to serve at cellar temperature and decant for optimal tasting. Limited production of 5000 bottles.
