We have crafted a red wine that embodies the essence of a centuries-old viticultural culture and tradition. Kentu is born from the meticulous vinification of grapes sourced from old vineyards cultivated on clayey soils in medium hills. The intense red color with violet reflections sets the stage for sweet fruity notes that blend with the balsamic aromas typical of the Mediterranean scrubland. Bold on the palate with a balanced tannic note and alcoholic component, it pairs perfectly with traditional Sardinian dishes, game meats, and medium to long-aged cheeses.
