Terresinis White Wine: A Typical Geographical Indication – Valle del Tirso, made from Vermentino and Vernaccia grapes.

Grapes:

  • 85% Vernaccia
  • 15% Vermentino
  • Sugar content ranging from 18° to 20° Babo.

Winemaking Process:

Fermented in oak barrels at a temperature not exceeding 18-20°C. It has a bright straw yellow color with a refined blend aroma of grape fruits and wood toasting. The taste is dry, soft, and warm on the palate, with good persistence and medium body.

Food Pairing:

Ideal to pair with typical dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
