Noriolo: A red wine with a Typical Geographic Indication – Isola dei Nuraghi, crafted from Cannonau and Cabernet grapes.
Derived from a blend of indigenous varieties, Noriolo embodies the generosity of its people and the austerity of its land. It boasts an intense ruby red color with subtle violet reflections and a broad, enveloping bouquet. Dry, soft, pleasant, and with a slight tannic perception, it pairs perfectly with grilled and braised meat dishes as well as medium-aged cheeses. Serve at 14-16 °C, uncorking the bottle 30 minutes before pouring.
