Bardia | Isola dei Nuraghi I.G.T.

Bardia is a red wine without added sulfites from the Cantina di Dorgali, easy to drink, fresh, a wine that evokes the countryside and its scents.

The native red berry grapes of Sardinia come from the vineyards of Isalle, a location in the territory of Dorgali, 150 meters above sea level. They are cultivated with spurred cordon training system and have a density of 4500 vines per hectare and a yield of 60 quintals.

The wine has an intense and lively ruby red color, characteristic and attractive. The olfactory power is clear and pronounced, with an intense aromatic aroma of red fruit peel, currants, and raspberries. Slightly tannic, with excellent savory body, long and velvety.

We recommend tasting it at a temperature of 14-15°C, uncorking the bottle at the time of consumption.

It pairs well with soft cheeses, medium-aged cheeses, charcuterie appetizers. It also goes well with seafood dishes, steamed fish such as turbot, mackerel, sea bream, grilled shellfish, seared tuna, and swordfish in sauce.
