 Canayli | Vermentino di Gallura D.O.C.G. - Superiore.

Canayli is a white wine with a Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin made from Vermentino grapes.

The wine has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, it is brilliant and has a wide, intense aroma with hints of grapes, exotic fruits, and green bell pepper. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, warm, with a strong structure and character. It is balanced, harmonious, with a good structure and particularly elegant, ending with a pleasant hint of bitterness. It pairs well with light first courses, seafood risottos, fish in sauce or roasted, and sweet Sardinian pecorino cheese. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
