San Bernardino: A red wine with Controlled Designation of Origin obtained from Monica and Bovale grapes.

This wine has an intense ruby red color. It offers a vinous aroma with intense notes of wild blackberries. On the palate, it is dry, soft, warm, and full-bodied. It pairs well with roasted red meats, game dishes, and mature Sardinian pecorino cheese. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
