Don Giovanni is a white wine with Controlled Designation of Origin obtained from Vermentino grapes.

This wine has a straw yellow color with light green reflections, a typical and delicately fruity aroma. It is soft on the palate, dry, with a slight bitter aftertaste. Don Giovanni pairs well with appetizers, fish dishes, and sweet PDO Sardinian pecorino cheese.
