Nio | Isola dei Nuraghi I.G.T.

Nio Red Wine: A still red wine from Isola dei Nuraghi IGT, made from native grapes grown in vineyards around Mogoro.

The winemaking process involves a fermentative maceration lasting approximately 8-10 days at a temperature of 24°C. This allows for the expression of fruity aromas. Fermentation begins with the use of selected yeasts.

This red wine has purple hues and a fruity, spicy aroma, making it easy to drink. It pairs well with pizza, cured meats, and fish dishes cooked with tomato sauce. It’s also great as an aperitif.

Serve this wine at a temperature between 16-18°C for optimal enjoyment.
