Cheja | Isola dei Nuraghi I.G.T.

Cheja White Wine from Sardinia – IGT is made from native grapes grown on the hilly, predominantly sandy soils in the Mogoro area and surrounding villages.

The name of the wine is a Sardinian variant of “Cresia” (Church). Throughout Sardinia, ancient church remains are commonly found amidst vineyards, showcasing the historical significance of winemaking on the island.

This wine has a light straw yellow color, with a fruity and floral aroma. It is dry, fresh, and slightly acidic on the palate, with a typical Vermentino bitter note in the finish.

  • Perfectly pairs with delicate seafood dishes, raw fish, steamed fish, and cold cuts.

Serve chilled at a temperature of 8-10°C for optimal enjoyment.
