Dolì Rosè: A Sparkling Rosé Wine

Experience Dolì Rosè, a sparkling rosé wine from the Dolianova Cellars, made from 100% indigenous grapes of the region.

Crafted from vineyards surrounding the Cellar, known for its soils with a medium clayey texture composed of Miocene limestone, average hilly terrain, and sub-arid climate.
It boasts a bright pink color with subtle violet hues, fine bubbles, and a persistent crown. The nose reveals fruity and fragrant notes of raspberry, lychee, and wild strawberry.
On the palate, it is lively and fruity with a pleasant hint of acidity and good minerality.

Perfect as an aperitif, Dolì Rosè pairs well with both land and sea appetizers.

Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C. It is recommended to consume preferably within the year following the harvest.
