 Anzenas | Cannonau di Sardegna D.O.C.

Anzenas is a red wine with Controlled Designation of Origin, made from Cannonau, Montepulciano, and Carignano grapes.

It has an intense ruby red color, with orange reflections as it ages. The wine has a strong and persistent aroma, ethereal and vinous, with hints of wild berries. On the palate, it is warm and enveloping, full-bodied, with just the right amount of tannins.

  • Ideal pairing: roasts, game meats, and cheeses with a strong and spicy flavor.
  • Serve at a temperature of 18-20°C.
