Santesu Bianco | Isola dei Nuraghi I.G.T.

Santesu White Wine: A delightful Isola dei Nuraghi IGT white wine, crafted from indigenous white grapes grown in the region.

The grapes undergo destemming followed by a gentle pressing of the berries. The resulting must is cold-settled for 12 hours. The clean fraction of the must is then inoculated with selected yeasts and fermentation takes place at a temperature of 14°C for approximately 12 days. A brief aging on fine lees precedes bottling and commercial release.

This wine has a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It offers delicate and floral aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh and lively with pleasant hints of white flesh fruit.
