Amber Sardinian grape pomace spirit has been obtained through discontinuous distillation in a water bath still from grape pomace resulting from the vinification of mainly red berries present in the southeastern territories of Sardinia. After a long period of aging, the contact with oak wood gives the product softness and persistent aromas.
