Amber Sardinian grape marc brandy is produced through discontinuous distillation in double boilers from grape marc obtained during the winemaking process of local grapes. It is best enjoyed as a digestif or during social gatherings. Serve at a temperature of around 8°C to fully appreciate its elegant and distinctive aromas.
