Bainosa is a red wine with a Controlled Designation of Origin – Monica di Sardegna, made from Monica grapes and other native varieties. The vine expresses its full productive exuberance on deep, moderately calcareous soils. The hilly areas, well exposed to the sun, seem to be the most suitable for the production of Monica grapes with a perfect balance of color and sweetness. It pairs perfectly with first courses, grilled red meats, and stews.
