Taja is a white wine with Controlled Designation of Origin, made from 100% Vermentino grapes. It has a pale straw-yellow color with light greenish reflections. The aroma is intense, fresh, and fruity, with notes of apple. On the palate, it is intense and persistent, with a pleasant acidity and a delicate hint of bitterness. It pairs perfectly with seafood appetizers, grilled fish, and fish stews. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C.

Symbolism
The name Taja means “lullaby,” a melodic term that reflects the typical softness of this wine. The design on the label symbolizes the Great Mother in childbirth, depicted with spread legs and raised arms, representing both the birth of life and the cyclical renewal of nature. The image of the Goddess also recalls the still-vibrant essence of Sardinia’s matriarchal culture.
