Essentija Red Wine:

Essentija is a typical Geographical Indication – Isola dei Nuraghi red wine, made from Bovale grapes.

This intense and consistent ruby-red wine with slight garnet reflections is very clear. It has a persistent and intense aroma with predominant notes of ripe fruit, especially plum. The taste is dry and soft, with a good structure that is warm and enveloping.

Pair this wine with feathered game, roasted meats, braised dishes, or aged cheeses that are not too spicy. Serve at 18-20 °C after uncorking an hour before pouring or decanting.
