  • The vineyards are carefully cultivated using the guyot trellis system, thriving in clayey “red” soils rich in limestone. With a yield of 70-80 quintals per hectare, the grapes are harvested in September.
  • These grapes flourish in a perfect terroir with a Mediterranean climate featuring mild winters and hot, dry summers. The region benefits from significant ventilation and low rainfall, primarily occurring in autumn and winter.

When poured into a glass, Ide Vermentino Isola dei Nuraghi IGT reveals a pale straw yellow color. Its intense and rich aroma combines fruity notes with hints of vanilla. On the palate, it offers a warm and savory experience within its elegant Mediterranean structure.
