Wine: Renosu Rosso | Vino rosso
Cellar: Tenute Dettori
Renosu Rosso: A red wine produced by Tenute Dettori in Sennori, made from Cannonau, Monica, and Pascale grapes.
- The 12-hectare vineyards are cultivated organically with a density of 5500 vines per hectare on sandy soil, located 40 meters above sea level.
- The vineyards have an average age of 100 years and yield around 30 hl per hectare.
The harvest is carried out entirely by hand to ensure the highest quality.
Winemaking Process: Destemming, maceration, and spontaneous fermentation lasting from 3 to 10 days in cement tanks. The wine is then aged for two to three years in small cement vats before bottling without any clarification or filtration.
This ruby-red wine has a fruity and spicy aroma, while on the palate, it is full-bodied with sweet, mineral, and spicy notes.
Renosu Rosso pairs perfectly with various meat dishes cooked on the grill or as a base.
We recommend serving this wine at a temperature between 16-18 °C for the best tasting experience.
