Discover the Karinniu Late Harvest, a white wine from the Isola dei Nuraghi Protected Geographical Indication, made from late-harvested Nasco grapes.

The grapes for Karinniu Late Harvest come from vineyards located in Santu Teru within the Sarcidano subregion, at an altitude of 400 meters above sea level, on clay-limestone soils with a hilly exposure.

The harvest is carried out entirely by hand, without the use of synthetic chemicals or selected yeasts.

Karinniu Late Harvest is aged in tonneaux and non-first pass barriques for approximately 12 months. This unfiltered wine offers a unique character.

It is recommended to serve Karinniu Late Harvest at a temperature of 8-10 °C to fully appreciate its flavors and aromas.
