Discover Tirrigò Wine:
Tirrigò is a red wine from Isola dei Nuraghi IGP, crafted from indigenous red grapes grown in the Sarcidano region, specifically in Santu Teru.
The vineyards thrive on limestone-clay soils, nestled on hilly terrain at an elevation of about 400 meters above sea level.
The grapes are cultivated organically without synthetic chemicals, hand-harvested and destemmed. They naturally ferment in open vats without the use of selected yeasts.
Tirrigò matures for 12 months in barriques and tonneaux that are not brand new. The wine remains unfiltered to preserve its authentic character.
It is recommended to serve Tirrigò at a temperature of 16-18°C for optimal enjoyment.
