The wine has a straw-yellow color with bright golden reflections, it is dense. It presents intense and persistent floral notes of orange blossoms and yellow roses, solar fruity hints with citrus and almond notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a warm body and a salty freshness that gives way to a balanced and persistent softness in the finish.
It is recommended to serve Poetho with raw or warm seafood appetizers, even hearty seafood first courses, also interesting with cold cuts and young cheeses.
