Wine: Baja | Colli del Limbara I.G.T.

Baja Red Wine: A unique wine from the Colli del Limbara Typical Geographical Indication, made from Cannonau and Carignano grapes.

Production Process:

Grown in clayey soils with granitic disintegration, Baja grapes are carefully harvested.
The grape must is left in contact with the skins for approximately 8 days in the cellar.
The wine is aged in wood (French oak tonneaux and barriques) for 10-12 months, followed by an additional 9 months of bottle aging.

Serving Recommendations: Best served at a temperature of 16°C to fully appreciate its flavors.

Alcohol Content: Baja Red Wine has an alcohol content of 14% Vol., making it a delightful choice for wine enthusiasts.
