Anela

The Fiori family has been carrying on the tradition of wine production for over 3 generations, keeping alive this legacy in the renowned wine hub of Logudoro, Usini. With passion and dynamism, Francesco Fiori personally dedicates himself to cultivating approximately six hectares of land in the countryside of Sas Luzzanas, Serra Juales, and Serra Aspridda, blending innovation with respect for tradition.

The vineyards are all located in the surroundings of Usini, on clayey and limestone soils on hilly terrain, with an average age of vines being 35 years old.

The vines are cultivated in a Latin tree shape, with Vermentino as the predominant white grape variety and Cagnulari as the red grape variety. In addition to these, there are also typical varieties such as Cannonadu, Pascale, Muristellu, and Nieddu Mannu which combined with Cagnulari give life to a table wine sold in bulk.

From the careful selection of Vermentino and Cagnulari grapes comes the wine destined for bottling. The first bottling was done in 2003 with around 3000 bottles produced. Today, production stands at around 15,000 bottles.
