At our vineyard, our main focus is on delivering exceptional **wine quality**. This commitment is embodied in our exquisite creation, the IS CHERCHIS “Sabadi”.

Sabadi stands out as a **natural wine**, carefully crafted in vineyards nestled in granitic disintegration soils by the sea. These nearly sandy and highly permeable grounds prevent water stagnation, resulting in grapes bursting with intense flavors and aromas thanks to controlled yields per hectare.

Our winemaking process eschews industrial methods, opting for **natural filtration** through decantation without any chemical intervention. Every bottle of Sabadi is sealed with a pressed cork stopper, meticulously selected to ensure airtight closure. Nitrogen insufflation between cork and wine, coupled with a wider cork diameter, guarantees optimal preservation and an enduring olfactory experience.

We produce only a limited number of bottles each year to offer our patrons an exclusive product with remarkable longevity in both flavor and scent. To fully savor the **uniqueness** of Sabadi, we recommend allowing it to breathe for 20 minutes either in a decanter or directly in the bottle before indulging in its natural splendor.
