Instead of settling for ordinary grapevines found in the market, I delved deep into the illustrious history of a renowned Sardinian agricultural enterprise. Through planting approximately 8000 Cannonau grape cuttings utilizing cutting-edge methods, I have embraced a contemporary approach that pays homage to our land while preserving age-old customs.

In just three brief years, these young vines have flourished, yielding grapes of unparalleled excellence compared to those from grafted vines on American rootstock. By converting a part of my home into an officially certified cellar, I meticulously produce wines that are both innovative and steeped in heritage, pushing boundaries with each creation.

Welcome to Minneddu – a homage to my grandfather, a skilled farmer and cooper whose legacy endures through this extraordinary wine. Minneddu embodies a fusion of modernity and tradition: pure, genuine, and artisanal. By exclusively using native yeasts for fermentation and completely avoiding preservatives, my goal is to showcase the true essence of exceptional wine – best savored in its youthful vigor.
