Uncover the deep-rooted history of wine craftsmanship in Monti, where dedicated farmers have nurtured countless small vineyards throughout the years. Back in July 1956, twenty-two visionary vintners joined forces to establish the Vermentino Social Winery. This esteemed institution pays homage to Gallura’s finest grape variety.

At present, the winery showcases a community of 350 members tending to 500 hectares spread across Monti, Telti, Olbia, and Loiri Porto San Paolo. These passionate cultivators supply hand-selected grapes that lay the groundwork for crafting sophisticated, polished, and distinct wines. The winery’s production journey unfolds over three hectares of oak trees, from gentle pressing to storage in state-of-the-art climate-controlled facilities.

The cellar boasts an iconic Aragonese-style entrance adorned with the winery’s emblem intricately carved in granite. Guests can delve into the maturation process of wines aging in barrels or tonneaux ranging from 2500 to 500 liters, while witnessing the refinement bottled within their exceptional wine assortment.
