Our vineyards, flourishing on sandy soils just 600 meters away from the coastline, benefit from constant caresses of the invigorating Mistral winds. Each aspect of our wine’s “design” has been meticulously planned—from the strategic geographic positioning to the thoughtful selection of grape varieties—all aimed at capturing the authentic essence of Sardinia’s traditional flavors and aromas.

To ensure unparalleled quality, we deliberately limit fruit production by approximately 40% per hectare, encouraging vines to yield grapes with elevated sugar content. This methodical approach culminates in an annual output of merely 4,000 bottles, each embodying the distinctive and unspoiled character of this region.
