Welcome to Sardus Pater Winery, situated on the stunning Sant’Antioco island in the southwest of Sardinia. Founded in 1949 as a cooperative, our winery has been crafting exceptional wines since 1955. We have honed our winemaking techniques over the years, with a focus on highlighting the distinct characteristics of Carignano grapes.

Our vineyards cover 300 hectares and are tended by 280 devoted members who contribute to the harvest. The majority of our vineyards are dedicated to Carignano grapes, some of which have been growing for over 80 years on Sant’Antioco island. These ancient vines thrive in sandy soils with low yields per hectare, producing grapes of exceptional quality that are the foundation for our finest red wines.

Since 1994, we have broadened our range to include Vermentino wines, introducing a new aspect to our collection. Each bottle we produce reflects our unwavering dedication to quality and adherence to tradition.
