Cantina I Garagisti di Sorgono - Sorgono (NU)

Set in the heart of Sardinia, where Barbagia and Campidano meet, you’ll discover the charming town of Sorgono. This picturesque village serves as the hub of Mandrolisai, celebrated for its renowned DOC wines and the striking landscape adorned with white and pink granite hills.

Carrying on the legacy bestowed upon us by our ancestors, we courageously tend to vineyards handed down through generations. Resting amidst the undulating terrains of Burdaga, Figu, Pischina, Pardu, and Cresia, perched at an elevation of around 550 meters above sea level, we lovingly care for our ancient vines aged between 60-80 years using time-honored bush vine cultivation methods.

We meticulously craft wines from our indigenous grape varieties native to Mandrolisai: Cannonau, Muristeddu, and Monica. These grapes encapsulate the very essence of our soil and heritage.

Fueled by our unwavering passion, we have curated four unique labels paying homage to tradition by bearing our family names: Uras (Mandrolisai), Manca (Cannonau), Murru (Monica), Macis (Muristeddu). Each label embodies the spirit of Mandrolisai and the purity resonating within the trio of wines it encompasses.

We extend a warm invitation for you to embark on this journey alongside us as we unveil our vision – a vision deeply rooted in generations of winemaking wisdom and a profound reverence for our terroir.
