Exquisite Distilled Spirit from Fresh Grape Pomace

Our distillery produces a noble spirit using the finest fresh grape pomace. The unused pomace is promptly delivered to Capovilla distillery in small steel containers, where their expertise and bain-marie distillation method preserve the authentic aromas of our land.

Prior to bottling, the spirit undergoes a 24-month aging process. Its clear crystalline color reveals a bouquet of white flowers and fresh fruit, delivering a dry and delicate palate that captivates.
