Àkratos is a red wine with a Typical Geographic Indication – Ogliastra, made from overripe Cannonau grapes.

The wine has a ruby red color with garnet reflections, clear with the formation of generous and well-defined arches. It offers a broad, intense, and complex aroma, where notes of sour cherry, myrtle, and plum can be distinguished, leading to a minty finish. On the palate, it presents itself with a enveloping, sweet, and soft entrance, well balanced by firm tannins and a pronounced savory taste, culminating in a beautiful final freshness.

It is an ideal pairing for typical desserts, sweet treats with honey, and flavorful cheeses. We recommend serving it at around 10 °C.
